Warehouse photos are often incomplete. Learn the exact request format that gets you the detail shots you actually need.
Standard warehouse photos cover the basics. Important details often hide in the angles they skip. Extra photos are cheap insurance.
Standard Photo Limitations
Most agents provide two to four photos by default: front, back, and sometimes one detail. This misses critical areas like interior construction, hidden stitching, and material close-ups.
How to Request
Open the QC photo request panel. Select the item. Choose the number of extra photos you want. Describe exactly what you need in the备注 field. Be specific. Vague requests get generic results.
Good Request Examples
"Photo of the logo embroidery close-up at 45-degree angle." "Interior tag photo showing all text clearly." "Photo of the heel from the back showing stitching alignment." "Natural light photo of the sole to check texture and color."
Cost
Extra photos cost one to two yuan each. A set of five detail photos costs less than a dollar. Compared to the price of shipping a flawed item back, this is the best value in the entire process.
Timing
Request extra photos as soon as the item arrives at the warehouse. Delays in QC slow your entire haul. If you anticipate needing extra shots, include the request in your initial purchase note.
What Not to Request
Avoid vague asks like "more photos" or "check quality." The warehouse staff handles hundreds of items daily. Precision gets you exactly what you need. Ambiguity wastes both your time and theirs.
